Raymond D. Kemp, Sr. is a highly experienced Senior Executive in Leadership and Human Resources.  He is an accomplished, results-oriented, forward-thinking organizational consultant with over 10 years of experience at the highest levels of the US Navy improving organizational strategies, increasing operational excellence, and boosting the performance of teams and employees in a variety of organizations.

As the Fleet Master Chief of Europe and Africa, he directed and influenced over 56,000 service members, civilians, contractors and family members across the European and African continents. By request, he visited Ghana, Sweden, Romania and Finland’s Military Headquarters and consulted with thought leaders on retention, professionalizing the force, and leadership development at their Academies. He was invited by the Defense Credit Union Counsel to address the European Conference in Lisbon (2019), and attended the annual 3/4 Star Admiral conference in Washington, DC, as well as, the Naval Flag Officer and Senior Executive symposium as a speaker and panel member.

He represented the US Navy at the NATO International Senior Enlisted Seminar, which included briefing over 200 military leaders from African and European nations on leadership development and the value of cooperative agreements.

He is a sought-after keynote presenter and speaker, often called upon to share his insights on rallying teams, bringing tactical clarity, and aligning people around goals.

Fire Chief Jonathan Boyd

Jon Boyd became Allen's Fire Chief in August 2018. He served as the department's Assistant Chief of Operations since 2012 and brings extensive education and experience of the department into his role.

Chief Boyd has more than 20 years of experience in fire operations and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Deborah J. Schmidt, attorney at Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP, practices in probate, guardianship, and elder law, including administrations and litigation for probate, guardianship, and trusts. Deborah is certified by the Texas State Bar to serve as an attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem for probate and guardianships. With trial experience in civil, family, and probate law, she works tirelessly to protect and serve families in Collin, Dallas, Hunt, Kaufman, and Tarrant, as well as surrounding counties.

     Elizabeth flew high profile missions for the US Army and presented mission briefings to Generals and upper-most-echelon governments officials (Generals, Governors, and even the Secretary of Defense) when lives were on the line. She knows what it means to perform under pressure. Now she brings this skill to your event to up-level your attendee's performance with impactful action items.

     Elizabeth was trained in the US Army's Safety School to contribute to her unit's preparedness, readiness and improve their safety records. In addition to the Army Aviator badge, her many military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal and Humanitarian Service Medal. In 2011, Elizabeth received the US Congressional Veteran Commendation for her service to her country and community as a disabled veteran.

Chief Dye’s policing philosophy emphasizes problem solving, focused on quality of life, through Community Policing, effective use of technology, and proactive enforcement programs. His track record of creating initiatives that focus on all aspects of the community—from youth to seniors—has proven to build trust with  the community. Chief Dye will also be a physical fixture in the community outside of the office as he enjoys speaking to local civic organizations, getting to know residents, and working alongside his officers.

Bob May, an author, speaker and baseball historian. Live in Rockwall Texas. For the last five years given talks in six states Honoring Black Ball (Negro League Baseball). Two books, The Best Season-The First Ninety games and The Best Season-The Challenging Finish honors the great players of the Negro Leagues in a very unique way. Using baseball game simulation, twenty-one stars of the Negro Leagues (nineteen in the National Baseball Hall of Fame) play a full season of baseball against 375 great Major League ballplayers from 1881 – 1987 (200+ in HOF).

Baseball talk will focus on seventeen Hall of Fame baseball players born in Texas. Who are they? When were they born? Where? Who did they play for? When did they play? What made them so special?
