District Governor John Curtis will be gracing us with his presence, and we're honored to have him join us. In addition to the Governor, Assistant Governor Mike Bell will also be attending the meeting, adding to the special occasion. But that's not all! We'll also be undertaking a meaningful activity during the meeting. We'll be working together to assemble Hygiene Packages for the incredible StreetsideShowers organization. It's a fantastic opportunity for us to contribute to a worthy cause and make a positive impact in our community. But here's the really exciting part - Patrick is on a mission for a better life, leading to a longer, stronger, and healthier future. It's like something straight out of "Limitless with Chris Hemsworth" on National Geographic! You know, Chris Hemsworth, the Australian actor who rocked the role of Thor in those epic Marvel movies. So, get ready to hear about Patrick's incredible journey, and let's see if we can pick up some inspiration for our own lives. This is gonna be epic! See you there! |

Flag Program Details

He's stepping into the shoes of Bruce Heller, who did an incredible job leading the program for several years. As you all are aware, the flag program is the largest fundraising activity for our club, and it plays a crucial role in supporting our various initiatives and projects. Behind the scenes, there's a ton of effort and attention to detail that goes into making the flag program a success. From planning and logistics to coordination and execution, it's a team effort that requires dedication and enthusiasm. Thomas, being at the helm now, will provide us with all the details and insights into how this program can be even more successful moving forward. |

Allen ISD

Dr. Robin Bullock has led Allen ISD as Superintendent of Schools since January 2020. She originally joined Allen ISD in 2013 and served as the assistant superintendent for Human Resources, the assistant superintendent for School Leadership and Student Support, and as deputy superintendent. Before joining Allen ISD, Dr. Bullock served as the deputy superintendent for Midlothian ISD as well as the interim superintendent. She also held positions as an assistant middle school principal, elementary school principal, middle school principal, and director of personnel for Midlothian ISD. She began her education career as a seventh-grade language arts teacher and coach in Red Oak ISD in 1995. She also taught language arts and coached in Eufaula, Alabama, and Duncanville ISD before joining the Midlothian ISD staff in 2000. Dr. Bullock earned her doctoral degree in educational leadership at Dallas Baptist University. She received her MA degree from Troy State University in Alabama and her BA from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. She received her principal and superintendent certifications from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a graduate of the Superintendent Academy hosted by the Thompson Executive Leadership Institute, and a member of AASA, The School Superintendents Association. In 2022, Dr. Bullock and the Board of Trustees earned the "School Board of the Year" award in the H-E-B Excellence in Education awards program. Dr. Bullock has two children, Emily, a senior at the University of Arkansas, and Evan, a freshman at Louisiana Tech University. She is a graduate of the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class and is a current member and board officer of the Allen Noon Rotary Club. |

Council Objectives/Goals

Tommy is an Assistant Director with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO)’s Defense Capabilities and Management team. In this capacity, he oversees multiple GAO teams that conduct non-partisan, fact-based, and objective assessments of national security matters. He currently focuses on Strategic Warfare and Intelligence topics – including military cyberspace operations, cybersecurity, information operations/warfare, intelligence and intelligence-related activities, and NORAD’s operations to protect the United States. Tommy has also overseen bodies of work assessing DOD sensitive activities, insider threats, DOD’s response to national disasters within the United States, and the protection of U.S. forces stationed overseas. Since joining GAO, Tommy has briefed members of Congress, meets regularly with Congressional staffers, and has met with leaders from DOD, the State Department, and representatives from foreign governments across the world including in Afghanistan. As a result of his teams’ assessments, Congress has written numerous provisions into law and DOD and other agencies have taken action to improve management and operational matters. At the local level, Tommy serves as or has served as a Cub Scout leader; ASA coach; and members of the Allen Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), the Allen CARES COVID team, the Allen Community Development Corporation, and the Allen Downtown Steering Committee. In May 2023, the Allen residents elected Tommy to the Allen City Council. Tommy graduated from Texas A&M University and lives in Allen, Texas, with his wife and 7 children.
