Allen ISD
Dr. Robin Bullock has led Allen ISD as Superintendent of Schools since January 2020. She originally joined Allen ISD in 2013 and served as the assistant superintendent for Human Resources, the assistant superintendent for School Leadership and Student Support, and as deputy superintendent.
Before joining Allen ISD, Dr. Bullock served as the deputy superintendent for Midlothian ISD as well as the interim superintendent. She also held positions as an assistant middle school principal, elementary school principal, middle school principal, and director of personnel for Midlothian ISD.
She began her education career as a seventh-grade language arts teacher and coach in Red Oak ISD in 1995. She also taught language arts and coached in Eufaula, Alabama, and Duncanville ISD before joining the Midlothian ISD staff in 2000.
Dr. Bullock earned her doctoral degree in educational leadership at Dallas Baptist University. She received her MA degree from Troy State University in Alabama and her BA from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. She received her principal and superintendent certifications from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a graduate of the Superintendent Academy hosted by the Thompson Executive Leadership Institute, and a member of AASA, The School Superintendents Association. In 2022, Dr. Bullock and the Board of Trustees earned the "School Board of the Year" award in the H-E-B Excellence in Education awards program.
Dr. Bullock has two children, Emily, a senior at the University of Arkansas, and Evan, a freshman at Louisiana Tech University. She is a graduate of the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce Leadership Class and is a current member and board officer of the Allen Noon Rotary Club.
